50 minutes!!!! I am so glad my walking partner/Sister-n-law/Amy is back!!! This morning the weather was nice. We walked and talked. That helps make the time go by quicker. We both have iPod shuffles but neither one of us turned them on this morning.
Saturday morning was great! By the end of the run, I was pretty red faced and worked up quite a sweat! My heart had moved from my chest up into my ears!!!!!! (Is that normal? HA/HA!!)

Congrats on the 50 minutes. I won't get to go until about 6pm tonight after a full day's work! If Saturday was any indication of the upcoming heat, I'm going to need several towels in my truck at all times!!Have a great week!!
