I went to the YMCA to work out this morning. As I was walking on the treadmill I noticed that a big knot popped up on the back of my knee. It doesn't hurt or anything. It's just there! Weird!!!

You are such a faithful blogger!! I just sat down this Fri evening to look at the week's writings. I always enjoy reading yours. Blog on, and see you tomorrow. My mother says we will need a rain poncho. Hope not. I think I would be too hot in it. Wet is better than hot.
