Wednesday Workout
I had a good workout this morning. I introduced to myself some new machines and weight lifting. I am still not thrilled with the elliptical but I am able to stay on it for 5 minutes without feeling like my legs are going to fall off!!!!!

Ellipticals, they are so cruel! What will the fitness guru's invent next? I like the looks of that little pedal thing that you can do while you sit on the couch and watch LIttle house on the Prairie. Somehow, I don't think that counts as crosstraining. Too easy.
